The Universal Audio Thunderbolt 3 Option Card allows you to connect your Apollo rackmount audio interface directly to a Thunderbolt 3-equipped Mac or PC. This user-installable card features two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports that make daisy-chaining additional Apollos or peripherals a breeze. Your UAD-2 Satellite DSP Accelerators, hard drives, dual 4K monitors, and other peripherals will benefit from blazing-fast speeds of up to 40Gbps. This card also delivers 15 watts of bus power to downstream Thunderbolt devices. If you’ve got a compatible computer, Sweetwater recommends upgrading your Apollo with the Thunderbolt 3 Option Card.
